His prior experience spans various organisations in various sectors including Philips SA and various subsidiaries under Naspers Limited’s media arm. Joseph is also founder of Najora, an advisory, venture capital, and consulting firm. At Masawara, he is responsible for executing the Company’s growth strategy through harnessing the current investment portfolio as well as growing the portfolio through strategic acquisitions and expansion in targeted markets. Joseph is passionate about creating, financing and transforming African businesses in the digital age into dominant local, regional and international brands.

Hedwick Chimanda Chief Operations Officer A seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in driving business growth, optimizing sales strategies, and leading high-performing teams spanning different sectors including the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Public Sector, Parastatal, and Private sector. Her well-rounded and versatile skillsets are vital in creating a high-performing and engaged workforce that delivers excellent service to our valued clients. Her track record includes successful revenue generation through people-centred, and client-centric solutions.

Kudzai “Zen” Sithole Chief Experience Officer Zen is an accomplished professional currently based in Atlanta, GA, with a strong foundation shaped by his international upbringing and academic journey. Originally from Zimbabwe, Zen is a proud alumnus of prestigious HBCU Tuskegee University, where he excelled both in the classroom and on the tennis court, earning his degree through an NCAA Tennis scholarship. With more than eighteen years of expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of management systems, Munya is a skilled Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solution Architect. He is an expert in business process optimization and has successfully led initiatives in a variety of organizations to enhance financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes. Munya, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with a background in technology and finance, is particularly skilled at coordinating EPM strategies with organizational objectives to improve performance and decision-making. Being a strategic thinker, he regularly provides solutions that minimize risks, expedite financial and technology transformation, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, he worked as a Principal EPM Consultant at KPMG in the UK and South Africa, and as an Associate Director at Grant Thornton UK LLP. Munya has additionally held senior positions with Board, Oracle, and other technology firms.

Kelli Barabasz Chief Growth officer Kelli brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the call center industry. Most recently, she served as President of MAI Voice, navigating a successful acquisition by WASI, where she held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Before this, Kelli was with Quality Contact Solutions, leading a team of Operations & Client Services Managers. At Optum RX, she managed dual-site operations in Phoenix and Chicago, and at QVC, she was responsible for forecasting, hiring, and scheduling thousands of agents to handle call flow.
